MSS not a trustworthy security company

I had a break in at my business in Vredenburg on the 25 of may round about 03:35. MSS received a burglary signal and tried to call me but my phone was dead. They then called my business partner who is currently in Vietnam. The last call they made to was to her dad and did not receive a answer. they went to the business , stopped in front of the door. never got out, while the ***** was behind my bar breaking open my till. If they climbed out they would maybe have seen there was someone behind the bar, if they looked through the door as well. I have everything on camera where they just kept on sitting in the car. I asked them why did they not call the police and they said that they had no airtime on the phone. They could even have driven to the police. it is less then 5km from my business. The only respond I got was them saying should they have broken down the door and I said yes, because what if the reason for me was not answering the phone was because I was attacked inside. They only said well cancel my alarm response. Please would everybody be aware that this company is not worth using. Because of all this I have major finance damaged done to my business.
