Refund Query -MSS Group pty ltd

I was invited by MSS Group pty ltd for an interview during level 4 of lockdown and I submitted my CV as requested,However, I did not submit my verification/ backround check report.

The lady by the name of Tsebang said I should give them R250 to do the verification on my behalf...which I did...via bank deposit to their Capitec Acc provided...but it was for a certain individual perhaps their Ceo or finance facilitator, don't recall the name to be precise.

I made follow ups with the company via email as to how far are they with the backround check, I kept receiving mails stating that they will look into the matter to date I have not heard anything from them.

I have e-mail trails in liason with them. I AM escalating this query on this platform hoping I will get proper assistance and get my verification/backround report or a redund of my money.
