MSQ professional car valet and fitment center, more money than its worth.

Hello Peter is really the last resort for me. I gave my Hilux for a valet which was more expensive than other places. They did not ask or advise that they would take off the seat covers. I had the covers put on before the car left the dealership so the seats are brand new under. They did not take the cover off to clean them, in fact, I now have a new big oil stain on the back seat from them, and they left it in a pile for me. I had to pay R700 (with discount) to have the seat covers put back on because the seats need to be physically removed to put it back on. Now I have had to pay for that, and I have to pay for this new stain to be removed. this is costing me more than the valet, which was expensive anyway. nevermind the 3 days in time spent.
