zero notice of eviction

I signed a contract with this property development Novenmber the 8th 2018 its a new development at Kirkney called Kirkney estates they offered us Housing rental and apartment rentals due to safety in the estate i choose to stay in the complex rather than in a house ... Things have been rough there are no securities on the premises and we've reported a dstv issues since November and still nothing has been done about it last Friday the 12 we were called to be alerted that the development has signed a contract with TUT Tswane University of Technology that it'll be accommodating their students in the same premises we stay in fast forward to Monday the 15th the students moved in and nothing has been said about us the tenants but the fact that we will be moved to rental houses ... we've looked at the standard and the security of the houses in the complex and its clearly not suitable as it doesn't offer ant security and there are break ins reported daily but management has not done anything about we are waiting for allocation to the new houses and have to cope with students singing struggle song at night while trying to rest .... the only option given to us is either we move to the houses with no security and safety guaranteed or we move out how do people move out and loom for new residents in a space of 9 days ..please help us out of this bullying thats happening
