Worst Service Ever" They dont value their Clients"

I signed a 6 months lease, When I had to move out they had a lease form for 12 months which was signed by of their consultants. Their Statements are always incorrect and the person in charge on statements has the worst attitude ever. They will try and come up in excuses for you not to move out or pay a large sum of money. There is a lady named Yolandie who is their Sales Manager. She has the worst attitude ever. In sales? Really MSP? When you move in their Houses they tell you that you will receive the first month for free and then come and claim it back saying you did not qualify for the Discount.
