Worse company ever

I am so disappointed and hurtful about your company. I moved in to my new house 1st September this year is only 3 month but now because of the rain the house is leaking and ceiling is starting to show some cracks,toilet flushing system is broken it seems as if all cheap material was used and the worse part I bought 75 square meters.

I tried to phone Marcus the manager at your centurion office he promised several times to send ppl but I am still waiting.

How could I not enjoy my house and feel like I am living in a shack in 3 months?

I doubt after 20 years when I finish my bond the house will still be existing
