Waiting a long period for an application of a bond and no one can assist, I've been waiting for almost 2 years and still no respond and the bond was approved and registered.

Hi, it's seems as I'm getting no where with MSP. I have app**** for a bond in May 2016 which was RBA back than in Lehae, I was told that it had gone under liquidation I than discovered that MSP has taken over I got their contacts by the construction company and I called asking on how far the process was and was told that they tried calling me which they have no proof. In May I received a call from them(MSP) to sign and waiting for the key, after two days a guy(Goosen) called me and was told that instead of applying for a building loan I was given the wrong bond application and I should reapply which I did and was again approved(building loan) from than I have not received any correspondence I've been calling them since August and I've been transferred from one department to another and the lawyers have registered the bond already and I need MSP to sign documents and need to obtain a certificate but I'm getting nowhere with MSP I've been speaking to Goosen and his been waiting for his admin for almost a month for admin to respond regarding the process. The house has been standing since March last year I don't know how long will I be waiting as no one is communicating with me. Their service is very poor and would like to know where I stand or I can just cancel and apply at another place.
