Waiting 5 months for my deposit, and still waiting

Outgoing inspection was doen by Q4, and there was NO incoming inspection list. I was ignored when inspection was done, and nothing was discussed with me. I also was not asked to sign the out coming inspection list. I was only informed 3 months later that just over R300 was paid out, and all my calls and mails was ignored. No one told me what the problems was. I went to the housing tribunal, but still struggling to get my money. The money was suppose to be paid out 2 weeks ago, as the faults etc that they fixed, was on the original incoming inspection list. nothing was new, and I painted the house white inside, because the owner instructed me on a mail that I must paint the house. There was never mentioned to me what colour it must be or what paint it must be. Please help me.
