The worst Housing developments Company in South Africa

<p>hi </p> <p>I am writing to you regarding a property I bought on loan from MSP properties, my property was registerded on the first of September 2016 and building was completed by january 2017 which is the same month I signed a happy letter to accept the property as per agreement between me and the above mentioned developer. a month ago I received a call from the developer to inform me of a scheduled date for a key hand over to take place,to my suprise on arrival to the property I was informed that the municipal services have been cut off the property due to MSP properties not paying for a water bill and I therfore refused to sign the key hand over documents and had contact with MSP to have them sort out the isssue. To this day I have not had any form of communication from MSP notifying me if they are working on the matter or not and hence I stand stranded because I had agreed with my landlord(on the property that am currently renting) that i would have moved out a month ago ,none of the MSP consultants are able to give me a target date on when they going to pay the water bill they owe to the municipality and none of them has ever contacted me regarding the matter for a month now.</p>
