Shady sales people

<p>After signing an Offer to purchase, we were advised my girlfriend had an outstanding debt and subsequent default against her name. We settled the debt and advised MSP who said they have sold off the unit we wanted. On top of that, the price would be increasing by R 60 000 the next day. Our lawyers advised us that the contract allowed us up to 60 days to source a bank loan and we should be entitled to the original price and the original unit number we signed for.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I approached MSP with this they told me not to waste my time as they are a big company and i will get nowhere with it..</p> <p> <br />Be very careful of these sharks </p>
