Poor,unprofffessional service

<p>Moved ot of the flat on the 1st of Feb, the agent was nowhere to be found for the inspection for a good two weeks, had to contact the manager to get to her. inspection done, we told that the deposit will be payed back with 2/3 working days...it seems like we going for another two weeks still waiting...not to mention the additional charges that keeps popping up. i tell you the omount they will be paying back will be 25% less that what was payed as a deposit.</p> <p> </p> <p>so dissapointed with the service, never expected it to take such a turn- they were so Prompt when we had to make payments and moved in now its their turn to pay back the service level drops.</p>
