Poor Service and Workmanship from MSP Development

We recently noticed that our tiles were coming off the floor in my house. I then contacted MSP Development to have the issue sorted out and a contractor was sent out. The contractor worked for 2 days and has not returned to finish the work. When trying to get hold of MSP Client Service and a gentleman named Charles to come and make plans as the current situation was both health and safety hazard, but He never bother to come through. I am extremely and beyond disappointment with the quality of service let alone workmanship we as clients of MSP are subjected to. If I could turn back time, I would never purchase anything from the Development Company, my experience has been that of a company with 0% regard for its customers once they sign. NEVER, NEVER, EVER get yourself trapped in this situation.
