Poor service and poor qualify

I have signed a happy letter on the 9/12/2017 and the house was in good condition. We only received the keys on the 30/01/2028..now the water is leaking through the pipe outside we can't even build a wall and the is a roof leakage due to the geyser. Now the ceiling had collapsed...I am very very disappointed... All I want now is to give them back their keys and be stress free..I've had it..I'm not getting any help at all..
