Poor Quality Material used to build our houses

Below is the ceiling that is falling from the house that was occupied last year.

The Developer of this house is MSP,I reported this before lockdown and again after lockdown,they promise to come during the week (15 June -19 June) but they never came.

What bothers me is the fact that I didn't get this house for free am paying my mortgage monthly.

I think even some RDP houses are better than the houses that are build by most developers.This shows that this developers are using cheap material and I taking as for granted.

I know that am not the only one who has this problem,it's about time we expose this developers.

Good Day,

I reported leaking Gyser, cracks on the wall and ceiling that is falling from the roof,the only thing that was fixed is the Gyser.

Currently the ceiling is falling off in my younger daughters room,wonder who is gonna take responsibility if the whole ceiling can fell on someone.

I need this to be attended to because lockdown restrictions has been loosen up.

Hope this will be attended to as soon as possible!
