MSP Rental - Disappointing

I would just like to warn anyone looking to rent a place through MSP, they only care about you until you have signed the contract and paid the deposit, after that they just don't care, they threaten you around every corner. It's the most unprofessional place i have ever dealt with. Please be very very careful if you ever have to do business with them, rent an apartment of buy a place. The agent made promises to us, not entry inspection and on exist non of this was kept and now i am liable for the costs. When the geyser broke it took them 2 weeks to fix, i had to follow up constantly and felt like they just don't care that small kids are without water...really a disappointing situation
