MSP lack of follow up on sales opportunity

I made a call in the morning to ensure that sales people would be available as i was coming from Herm**** to purchase property. On arrival, i found the sign posting for sales office to be vague and not helpful. When i got to the office there was no sales people around, they where at a sales meeting. WHy should i have to run after their sales people and take the sales persons number, even the sales manager who i was told would call me, has NOT even followed up. After calling the H/O for the 6 or 7 time, always being put on hold, after asking to speak to a human, my details where taken down at 12 45 pm. Today still no phone call or follow up from the company as to my inquiry. I then phoned at told them i have taken my business elsewhere and purchased property somewhere else.

This company i find to be useless, they are riding on their known fact people are coming to them and MSP have no need or inclination to follow up on potential sales.
