MSP houses not built to meet minimum standard according to NHBRC

Good day,

I purchased a house on a new development are and I was dissapointed the way they build the house. I took pictures that I attached on the link https://1drv.ms/f/s!Ai2kRa-njYUeilIRn5OVUAtAGmvQ . I have phoned their all center just to let them know about what i saw, all i got was attitude from their agent. and Now they force me to take that house and am being threatened by their lawyers now.
