MSP hiding something?

Rental deposit of property not being returned after i switched to another agent. ( its been 2 months ) They have promised again and again to transfer the funds but they don't even know how much it should be. Extremely poor attitude and only getting responses when I contact them. When i finally visited their office today the manager simply sent his subordinate to speak to me.
