MSP FAIL TO DELIVER

<p>I bought a house in 2014 in Rondevlei Park, Mitchells Plain and was promised that a kida park will be erected on the opposite vancant plot. It is 2016 and nothing has been done. the grass is getting out of control and now we have a rodent and reptle problem, As a community we payed someone to come cut the grass but it is not up to us o maintain this property, I have contacted MSP but they say it does not belong to them even though they were the building company. I cannot get hold of anyone at RealCor who was the sales people at the time.</p>
