MSP Developments ****s

I signed a contract with MSP in March 2018 for the construction of a house at hulton park in Pretoria North, 10 months down the line, the house has not been built or even started. There is no communication with me about what is wrong. I am homeless and cannot get another bond because I cannot cancel my contract with MSP. I made contact with them regarding cancellation of the contract, they were very quick to throw clauses on my contract that make it impossible for me to exit the contract, but when I contact them for progress reports or any update, no one bothers to respond. I am very disappointed and unhappy.
