geyser leakage

I got the keys to the house on the 31/01/2018 and when I get to the house the geyser was leaking then it was fixed, eventually the geyser was fixed 4 times already and no luck, the 3rd time the roof even collapsed as the pressure was too much at the roof top. I have been making calls and sending emails however there is no response.I'm just sick of this whole issue as its also costing us water when it comes to city of Tshwane. I need this geyser to be replaced as soon as possible as this is now getting worse,,,how could a geyser be fixed 4 times but still it leaks,,,,something is really not right here.
