DISGUSTING

MSP is the worst company you can ever deal with. 1stly,i was on facebook and saw that there were new apartments being built at pretoria west at kirkney estate..funny enough i just jumped to the opportunity because they are advertising that there is free "WIFI" which is not even there..they say its secured but guess what?we've had numerous break ins because of their negligent securities. i've spoken to my estate agent which was also not available the time i moved in and came in after two days to make me sign a paper which to him " doesn't matter" i must just sign!!!i couldnt even get hold of the caretaker,there were instances where the entire complex's DSTVs were off and we tried to get hold of the care taker but he was not available...i called my agent and he said i must send an email to complaints whatever email address..now this is where it boils down to.

around the 2nd of February i spoke to my estate agent and told him i want to move out. with his own words he says i need a months notice which means i must move out the 1st of April??????February to April? and i said i am not going to allow that and you can keep the deposit but i am moving out the month end of February .

my mom moved my things out due to the fact that i was not around to move my things,later as she was done she told me to tell the agent that the keys are on the kitchen counter and the apartment is not locked,which i did.

they are busy harassing me with emails saying i owe them first it was 15000 and now 5000 for just moving out "prematurely " as she puts it!!!!now a month later,they are looking for the keys of my unit???and if they call a locksmith i will be liable for the payment????don't they have a spare key?why only a month later are you looking for keys???MSP has the most worst agents ever who work while drun****!!stay away from them especially a lady called Elaine...i've never spoken to her before but suddenly now that i've moved out she bombards me with emails and harasses me telling me all these nonsense!!!!
