Disgusted in buh-rein. Stay away.

Wow where to begin how disgusted i am in this development. My little family and i decided to rent a flat in buh rein to test the waters see how the new places and areas are for our future and our little girls future. We went flat hunting recently wanting to put a deposit down and buy a home. and decided to with draw our application for a bond. This place is a joke. We stay in rosenvale and get picked on, rude emails and do not feel happy living there. We had a issue with our puppy which apparently is an issue with barking. Yet since all the rude emails we decided to put our little doggy into a doggy day care. We then receive another email stating from 5:30 am our dog is a nightmare in the complex. Which i find rather strange as we only leave home in the mrng at 6:00 am. Then take her to her day place. We do not complain about anything but i think its now time ! we do not get much sleep weekends as number 12 has constant friends over blasting music swearing and drinking till early hours of the night and we have a 3 year old daughter. Another thing is we find is disgusting and disturbing that all over the path way just outside the complex of rosenvale are pee and dog pooh who the owner never cleans up this is a matter that our dog got blamed for and we then received a fine yet our dog is never outside. This place and emails have upset us for the last time telling us to get rid of IT meaning our dog. What human calls animals IT. This is definitely not the place to raise a family in. We now see why people do not want to move into this development
