I'm so disappointed with service I got frm msp property after handling of my house keys i was told to register the rates which I did next the municipality tells me they owe R2300. 00 for water en my electricity prepaid card is blocked, I sent them statement on Tuesday en asked them turn around time they don't have, I must wait for their finance dept. while I'm sitting in the dark no electricity
