Development & Service Delivery Issues

MSP is the worst developers.... DO NOT MAKE USE OF THEM / DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM ! ! ! ! Especially at their so called "luxury Living" Buh-Rein Estate. One pays a ridiculous amount for Levies, which doesn't even cover development flaws that one experiences withing 2-3 years of living there. Problems that don't even occur in homes older than 15 years, cracks in walls, plumbing issues, lack on ventilation (which results in molding issues), security issues (at a supposedly security estate). I highly recommend that you don't purchase a home if you know the developers is MSP, terrible service delivery and very poor development in terms of their homes.
