Breakins at their development

<p>Hi, we moved into a place in Kuilsriver, Sandlewood mews, which is owned by MSP. Since then there was numerous breakings at this development and nothing is being done by these people. Further more they want us to pay for a safety gate that will never be ours. we were told there will be a guard or caretake which no one has ever seen. They try to break in during the night with people in their flats. We live in fear and no feedback from MSP has been given. Why must we pay for a gate that is going to benefit the owners??????</p>
