Beware of MSP contract when buying direct from them

If you are thinking of buying in Buhrein Estate from MSP direct be very careful of the contract. For 5 years (actually 6) you are locked in if you try and sell. They dictate the price you sell the flat for even if it is not market related. They decide what you can sell because of m2 does not matter how the flat is finished off. The finishes have been cheap as we have discovered after the fact. You pay them a % of the profit between what you bought for and what you are dictated to as the selling price , not taking any costs or commissions you will have to pay an agent to sell the flat. This is stopping us from selling our flat as we cannot get the price they have dictated to us. They already have your money for buying the flat and then milk you for more after.
