Good day Facebook friends I just want to share my story with you guys let’s make the company famous please share my story December 2017 I signed a contact with #MSP (#Multi_Spectra_Properties) for a house contact agreement, on the agreement it stated that my house will be done being built in 4 months maximum time being 8 months. This was great news for me and my family, 9 months down the line I received no form of communication from MSP so I took it upon myself to call MSP to enquire about the progress of the house and a lady by the #Correta_Mononyane (Head of Construction on site) informed me that they have not yet began construction with my house. 12 months after that the bank calls me telling me I should go and check on my house because it’s 85% complete, when I got there my house was 50% complete a lot of things in the house where not done including the roof, walls where not straight and I also told the supervisors on site about the issues but nothing was done. January 2019 I receive a call from MSP informing me that the house is almost 100% complete and I should come and view and to see if I am satisfied. I went there and the house had a lot of issues some of the walls looked like where falling apart you could tell that cheap material was used, the plastering was not done neatly, I was just not satisfied with the house at ALL….Again, I call #MSP about my issues but they insist that I must sign a happy letter on a house that I’m not even close to being happy about. I have had horrible service from MSP, my advice to anyone that is about to buy a house is to go to a company that offers quality service, a company that cares about their client’s satisfaction because clearly the above mentioned company has none of that, all they want is your money. It saddens me that as a young, hard working South African we still have to deal with such companies that make empty promises and take advantage of us like this.
