bad management - Kirkney estate

I am a resident of Kirkney estate wich is managed by MSP developments, we moved there in March thinking that we would have some peace of mind in terms of security due to the fact that it is an estate that is acess controlled and there is a bit of security. 2 months down the line there has been numerous break in into cars and houses and all MSP says to tenants is Kirkney estate is not a security estate. then it means they have done misinterpretation on the people that signed contracts because that is why we basically chose MSP developments. they may not be a security estate but there must be some kind of access control e.g gate because right now our cars are basically parked on the street because they have removed the gate and the security personnel which we though where for our benefit as the tenants of Kirkney estate. and there has been no communication whatsoever. if Kirkney estate was not a security estate MSP should have communicated that with us from the beginning because we would have not signed any contract with them because of the security issues. our cars are basically parked on the streets right now and that is not what has been communicated with insurance companies covering those cars and this is a huge risk for us as we communicated that this an access control estate, not only that our lives are in danger and there was no formal communication whatsoever that the security will be moved.

Utterly dissapointed.
