Absolute disregard for tenants

We have moved into an apartment managed by MSP properties called Sandlewood Mews in January. We were told that the drain had been cleaned recently. A few weeks after moving we started getting an immense stench coming from the drain and reported this but to date, nothing has been done. There have been 4 seperate incidents of break-ins and attempted break-ins which have been reported and when asked what will be done about the security concern, we get told that management is dicussing the matter. They have now officially been discussing the matter for about 9 months which is absolutely pathetic. I figure they would probably fo something when someone gets ******ed here which is not too far-fetched seeing as though someone has already been tied up and ****** in their own apartment. This is ridiculous
