Dissapointed in MSP Construction PTY LTD BENG BA MEETSE

I'm very disappointed with MSP Construction PTY LTD BENG BA MEETSE based in Polokwane. I paid them R34000 in cash for 60m borehole. Part of the deal was to do welding on completion which they didn't do. They're water doesn't come out and asked me to pay R800 for transport to come back and finish their job which I have deposited and I'm still begging them to come finish their job. They don't communicate and ignore my calls. I feel betrayed by them
