A Bluetooth Speaker Would Have Been Better.

MSM Productions' DJ was the worst part of our wedding. Their DJ was incredibly unprofessional, helped himself to our party favours for guests (which meant he wasn't sober whilst working!), played the incorrect music for the groom's processional, and all-around did not perform well at their job, which was to be a DJ! Skipped songs halfway through while people were still dancing, played multiple songs by the same artist in a row (on several occasions!), threw a tantrum when our MC asked him to please play the music we had initially requested which MSM had agreed to play (fought with the MC, turned the volume up as high as it could go, stormed out and, once again, helped himself to the party favours), and used a video-ripped audio file for our last dance song which contained sounds like cars driving passed and dialogue that was not part of the song (had obviously taken it off of youtube). Guests complained constantly about feedback coming through the speakers, and how unpleasant the volume was of the music. He also recorded guests dancing on his phone without consent, nor a signed waiver from us giving permission. This was all after the company was made aware that the bride has hearing impairment (feedback from speakers/insanely loud volume + hearing aid = instant migraine) and auditory processing issues (which the company acknowledged, and accepted our request that they only played music off the provided playlists), which the DJ seemed to go out of his way to ignore! Bitterly disappointed that the one aspect of the wedding that we were sure would be foolproof ended up causing major anxiety and frustration THROUGHOUT the day and night.
