MSM Financial Loans

I've looked up financial loans and MSM Financial loans. I did the application and then they whatsapp'd me and sent me an email that my loan was approved. but when I look at the approved application form it says there's a legal document fee I must pay, surely that can't be right. Their address in Umhlanga Rocks. Has anyone used their services
