Disgusting service

Please do NOT rent a safari tent at Msinsi Inanda dam. 1st of all the service from the site office staff is disgusting and there is actually nobody here who has a clue on what's going on or how to solve a small problem

1. The microwaves do not work 2. The stoves do not work 3. The main tent doors do not work 4. The lights do not work (we had to get fluorescent tubes from another tent and replace. them ourselves). 5.The insect netting inside the tents are broken and filthy dirty. 6. Nobody answers the duty managers phone and if you are so lucky as to get through they do nothing.

This is the 2nd time we have rented here and the last time was no better. Thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. BIG mistake.

1 would think in this very difficult financial times, companies would make an extra effort to keep their customers and even try to get any business. I guess NOT!
