Bad customer service

I am very dissatisfied with the response rate of Msinsi lodge, I am trying to make a booking but there is no response to my email and they do not answer the phone. I am just looking for information and maybe a brochure to check which lodge i would like to book. The customer service is poor I must say and I need to book for my anniversary in November. I would like to make my booking with them as from the images online it seems amazing.
