bad and rude

Most useless and rude people they come out work on lights boxes and no reason for being there and when you go up to them and ask them what are yous doing they turn around and say move away you are resist and we still said don't play that card but they put your lights off and break the meter and then they are being rude pls don't use these people they don't know what they doing to begin with
