MSI Warranty repair

I had a MSI RTX 2080 Seahawk and after a year a half I had black screening which I thought was a cooling issue so told MSI and they told me to run tests so i did. Then a cooling pipe broke the one day. So I sent it in for warranty repair. After a few days MSI supplier pretty much said I cut the pipe myself and warranty void. Told MSI and got a reply saying its unfortunate that accidental/ user damage is not covered. But they told me to do the benchmark tests to check the temperature and frequencies which broke the pipe during testing. So will not be buying another MSI product in the future.
