MSI or Supplier Policy??

Good afternoon, I would like to find out what my rights are around a product I purchased online. The product i bought was a MSI MPG Z390 Gaming Edge AC gaming motherboard which after receiving it installed it and everything was working fine for two days, on the second day i proceeded to do a BIOS update on the motherboard and after that the motherboard was absolutely dead....not working, not even switching on. I found numerous online complaints that there is a problem with the BIOS Software from MSI and every one had the same result - a dead motherboard. I contacted the company I bought the motherboard from and was told to send them the motherboard so it can be sent to their supplier (TVR Computers) for the warranty claim. I removed the motherboard and sent it to them, I'm in Johannesburg and they are in Durban so it was sent by courier. I was just informed that on inspection of the motherboard they found bent CPU sockets on the motherboard thus Voiding the warranty because of user negligence. My question is, can it really be so easy for them to say that they found bent pins and stating that it is because of user negligence without having to provide any evidence. The motherboard stop working because of the BIOS update (there is proof of that from the numerous online reports), the CPU sockets was not damaged on installation because the motherboard was working until the BIOS update was attempted ( i can provide proof of that with several XTU benchmark tests and CPU stress tests I ran online which keeps a record of your hardware and would have indicated any problems or issues with my CPU If there was any present), I securely packed up the motherboard and there was not any physical damage on the boerd at that time as I made sure myself and checked everything. Surely it can't be that easy as just saying this is how we received it so sorry your warranty is voided regardless of the fact that other people handled the motherboard while in transport, with no acceptance check/inspection and delivery check/inspection done to ensure the the product was received in the same condition it was sent, not to have to Prove why they say it is user negligence they just say so? In that event, what if when i opened the box for the first time, brand new and i found something broken, will that also be my fault and the warranty is then voided? Because how is that any different to this..... how can that be the policy of any company, that the consumer is immediately at fault, regardless of circumstances, facts or proof? If that is the policy What stops any company from just "breaking of a pin" and saying sorry..warranty voided?? I'm posting this complaint on MSI because I'm being told by TVR Computers that it is MSI's Policy, if this fact is untrue i sincerely apologize to MSI but request some help with my problem because there is absolutely no way I'm going to accept the loss of R4500-00 motherboard after just having it 2 days and knowing I'm not responsible for it not working anymore in any way or form without a fight. Next step would be the Consumer Complaints Board. So I'm hoping to get some response from this.
