Unhappy client of MSI BANREP DEALERSHIP

Towed my car into MSI after being stuck, I had no feedback no one answers their phones. Collected my phone the Saturday and it is making a loud screaming noise. My car was so dirty thick mud on my ties, mats missing, I hubcap missing and I can't buy one only can buy a set, Radio not working. CJ promised to check and call me, to date I have heard nothing. I bought my car +- 5 years ago - maybe because it's a small car, I am not important as a client. it was a factory fault that I never paid for but still making a large noise. I have paid off soon and not sure how to put on my name. RIA SCHEEPERS is this how clients get treated. After I have been a good client, I feel miss treated. HYUNDAI ATOS 1.1 GLS 8293 my number.
