Worst online shopping experience of my life!

Returning an item to this store is an absolute nightmare. When I was unhappy with my purchase from MSH and tried to return the item all my emails went completely ignored. I sent the item back to their address anyway hoping for the best. This process was a total headache because my emails remained ignored and because there is no contact number listed for this store. I eventually got the store's attention by publicly commenting on one of their instagram posts so they could help me with the return. The item was finally delivered back to them. Then the struggle for my refund began. I was continuously promised a refund and then subsequently ignored for days, over and over and over again. The only way I could ever get this store to reply to me was by making public comments on their instagram asking politely for a response. These comments would be deleted within seconds. I was eventually blocked from their instagram and yet my emails still remained unanswered and my promise of a refund looked like it was never going to be fulfilled. Finally I resorted to writing a lengthy email to let the company know that I planned to report them to the Consumer Complaints Tribunal. Knowing that my emails would most likely go ignored as usual I also managed to find the owner's number (here on Hello Peter) and sent her a whatsapp. Finally.... 49 days after my initial ignored email I was refunded for my purchase. Without a single apology. Why on earth should I have had to go to these lengths to receive my refund? Why was I continuously promised a refund and then ignored? I am absolutely shocked by how terrible this company is. The woman who runs it thinks she is fooling everyone with her **** instagram followers. She pretends to have different 'departments' and people working under her when we all know she is running this shady business from her home. How many people has she ****** from? I know there are many who would not have fought as hard as I did for my money... I refused to give up but how many others have thrown in the towel earlier?
