Worst online shopping experience ever.

I made a purchase in May 2018, I returned the items for an exchange. It was months before any one responded I then just asked for my money back which they don't do. It is now almost a year later, they are slow to respond, they haven't send the exchange. I think they just wish I would leave it. Absolute worst shopping experience ever. Will definitely not recommend or return. I am hoping they will actually send my new order.
