The worst experience with MSH

I ordered products from this company on Black Friday using their discount count, ‘EVERYTHING’ which was meant to give 20% across their entire page. I only got discounted on two products to the total of about 500 rand and when I brought this to their attention, they ignored my message on Instagram.

Today is the 19th of December and I haven’t received the goods I have paid for despite multiple messages back and forth. They said my order was shipped out on Saturday 15th of December but I received no tracking number in my email. This is the absolute worst company to do business with. They are unprofessional, rude and sarcastic in their responses and you will just be wasting your money buying any of their goods.
