Still waiting for my order that I ordered more than 5 weeks ago!

I am still waiting for a kimono that I ordered from this company more than 5 weeks ago.... There is no telephone number that you can dial to enquire... I wrote 2 emails... And no answer.... Then I got a random email adressed to all costomers to say that they are waiting for a delivery that came late... How can they sell clothes online that they do not have 'n stock...???
