Poor communication. Not what was ordered. No refund.

I honestly wish that I had checked hellopeter before I purchased anything from MSH. They promised 7 to 10 days turnaround. It's taken 21 days. When my R1300 jersey finally arrived it's not what I ordered, not like the picture at all. It's like a knitted childs jersey, but the picture is a long comfy adult version. The version I got is well knitted and presentable, but DEFINITELY not what it in the photo or what I bought. Their communication is appalling. I've mailed, messaged and posted to no avail. They do not respond. I clearly won't be getting a refund. How do companies like this stay in business? They have 31k followers on Instagram that need to be warned about their shocking service, poor delivery, lack of communication and overpriced products that will not be what was ordered.
