DO NOT BUY FROM MSH. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

It’s been 4 weeks since I placed an order- no updates on when my package will arrive. (After the purchase it was indicated that it will take a maximum of 12 days for my package to arrive.) I am extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with their POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

How is it fair for you as business owner to sit with your customer’s money and not provide updates on when their package will arrive? They are very lousy at responding to any messages / emails. I do not understand how they are still in business after I read all of the reviews (wish I did this before ordering from them).

Their lack of care is honestly appalling.
