Appalling customer service

I ordered clothing via my scattered heart, an online clothing shop based in East London. The customer service is appauling. I had a complaint but the the owner Reese told me abruptly that she does not text with customers. I resorted to emailing but had to follow up on numerous occasions asking the same questions, the response time was totally absurd. I had to return a size small damaged dress with a hole in it. When they sent the item back 12 days later, it was much larger- probably a medium or large. It gaped off of me. Totally the wrong size. The other item that I ordered was advertised as red in colour, when it came it was actually bright orange. And the zip was so stiff that I had to force it down. It almost broke. I find that their stock doesn't match up with their pictures displayed online. Shocking customer service and turn around time. I won't be ordering from MSH again
