Lodge is self catering when asked the receptionist for tea sugar and milk refused

Lodge is self catering when asked the receptionist for tea sugar and milk refused .There are no halal restaurants slept with no food not even cup of tea woke up same story this was last minute stay as we had business appointments very disappointed I won't even refer anyone there even though it's beautiful but very poor service 😢
