Canncelation of Msec Contract

After 15 years i decided to cancel my security contract with you do to it being out dated, and poor customer service from you guys. There was never a follow up done to see if the system is working fine in the 15 years or nothing, i have been struggle with the alarm which registers through my telephone line, the battery of the alarm system was giving problems and never in the 15 years did you do any effort to contact and see if i was still happy. now that i cancelled you asked way? well i joined ADT best service i could ask for as a pensioner. now you want me to pay 3 months penalty as for the cancellation of the contract after 15 years, and i am a pensioner, pathetic! When i just joined msec, they said i will pay special price for pensioner, it went on like that for few months then i payed full price! Best of all last week msec phones and said they are doing upgrades, after 15 years now they call, well i am done with you, and your pathetic service. i am still waiting to hear from head office about the confirmation of cancellation, and the 3 moths of payments i have to do. Get your act together!
