MSCT BEE services has got the worst service.

MSCT in Somerset West is the worst company (Tel: +27 (0)21 ***) We dealt with this company for our BEE certificate. The worst service I have ever experienced. Corne Strauss was supposed to get the file ready and said on mail that everything was in order for the review. When the file was sent for review, I had to ask again and again when we will receive our certificate. Weeks later I got a mail from Andre VD Westhuizen letting me know that the file was not up to date and that we had 2 options. Option 1, give us a zero score and redo the elements faulty . Option 2, give us a zero score and we redo the whole file. I chose option 1 as it would be much quicker and there is not much to be added. Now they want to charge us another R 6900.00 for their mistake. Tried to talk to them and sort this out but they keep blaming our company and said that the file was not up to date and they asked me for the documentation and I didn't sent it. The emails proof something else. How is it possible that one moment all is in order and that we will receive our certificate within a week, and the next moment we have to redo the whole thing and we are charge for this process again? We have been asking for their assistance to sort this issue urgently, but they will not help us and just demand money from us. Is this a new way of ******ion, by making money out of companies that are desperate to get their BEE certificates?
