Worst service ever

We were booked for a cruise for 2020, which was cancelled due to covid. So, when this was cancelled we had the chance, we booked the super sokkie cruise and booked a Balcony cabin for 2021. The cruise was then again cancelled due to covid. During February 2021 I asked whether everything would be moved over to 2022 automatically, which they then confirmed by email. When I confirmed if everything was still good for our cruise, I was told that we don't have a balcony cabin anymore and that I would be put on a waiting list. I feel that this is unfair and extremely poor service. Whoever got our balcony cabin should be put on the waiting list as we were booked a year in advance.
